Appropriate for beginners and more experienced yogis.
Flowing sequence of postures connecting breath and movement. Designed to increase flexibility, strength and endurance while calming the mind. Props and modifications are encouraged so that everyone can enjoy this practice.
Restorative Yoga
Appropriate for beginners and more experienced yogis.
A series of postures that are supported with props allowing students to completely rest and relax.
